8 hours

I have spent the night at Rigshospitalet, following a midwife. It was an unbelievable and beautiful experience, in many ways. Ups and downs (but mostly ups). I haven't yet realized the experience I have been present at. I hope it will come to me in a couple of days. Right now all I can do is marvel at the female body's capabilities, and send all good thoughts to the newly parents.

What he said

I long for longer days, and sunlight. I feel like having another Sunday. Not ready for another week. I will turn off the lights and listen to What He Wrote by Laura Marling.

Two flowers

I am set to 0 today. Knitting, and trying to forget everything else.

It's raining outside

... so I have decided to stay inside, and appreciate things in round containers that make me happy. Earlier the postman woke me up with a parcel from Estonia, and I am now the owner of the prettiest cuticle oil in the world. Plus it is vanilla scented!

Another monday

Today I have practiced my hula hoop skills (which are practically non existent) and I've made soup. This is also the first day in seven months that the little orchid has flowered.

All at sea

Today I wish I was back there.

This week has flown over my head. I can not remember what I have been doing, other than discovering the new dock, talking to my boss about my future, and working. My head is completely empty.
